Yes, a full payment is required. However, you do not have to pay for the construction services just yet.
Is it possible to order a tent alone?
Yes. You decide what you need for your occasion. By selecting or deselecting options, you can order a tent without any extras.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept both debit and credit cards.
Are import fees, taxes and duties included in the price?
Fees, taxes and duties highly depend on your location. Please complete your request to calculate potential extra costs.
What is included in the price?
Our prices include the tent itself and all the needed materials for a standard tent construction like pickets, ropes and poles.
Will items be sent from stock?
As custom made tents are always made from scratch, we can’t keep these in stock. For other, standard formats we do try to keep a few models in stock at all times, but it can occur that we run out and have to order more.
Is my order assured during shipment?
Yes. The entire shipment is assured until it arrives.
Can I pick my tent up myself?
Yes. We do offer pick-ups at our warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a link to track your order as soon as we’ve packed it. This way you can follow your tent throughout the entire shipping process.
What are the delivery/ shipping costs?
Delivery costs strongly depend on your location. Please complete your request to calculate potential extra costs.
Who will arrange the shipment of the goods?
Depending on your location and your order we’ll always try and find the cheapest yet most reliable way to ship your goods.
Will all goods be delivered at the same time?
Unless items have been added to your order later on or stated otherwise, our products will all be delivered at the same time.
How long does it take orders to be shipped?

Do you design and produce custom structures?
Yes, you can design your custom tent with the nifty customisation tool on each product page. If you still need a little more convincing, you can even try out your tent with our AR tool.

Can I return a standard format tent?
Apart from certain issues and exceptions, we do not accept the return of standard format tents. Please contact us to find out whether your tent can be returned or not.
Can I return a custom tent?
Sadly we can’t accept the return of custom made tents.
Who’s responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping?
The customer is responsible for the transport costs of the return.
Rain
Our tents are 100% waterproof and are perfect to protect you from rain.
Snow
The four layers of our tents protect against all four seasons. However, make sure to avoid a big pile up of snow.
How much mph can a tent withstand?
Our tents can withstand winds up to 30 miles per hour.
Can your tents be built on any sort of surface?
We mainly use stakes to secure our tents. If this isn’t possible we’ll have to figure out another way to anchor your tent. Please contact us with more information about your surface.
Is it possible to build up a tent attached to a wall or building?
Yes, our Hypar and Stretch tents can be attached to walls or buildings.
How do I know what size tent I need?

How do I store my tent safely?
There’s a few things you should keep in mind:
Make sure your tent is completely dry and clean before you store it.
Keep your tent in a cool, dry space to avoid mold forming.
Extend the life of your tent accessories by taking them apart (partially).
Keep it loose. Don’t shove your tent in a tightly closed bag. Let the fabrics breathe.
Set up instructions: How do I pitch a tent correctly?
Begin with laying out the footprint of the tent.
Collect the poles and ropes on the spot you’ll need them. For example, put the poles you’ll need in the corner at the corner of the footprint.
Bring out the tent sail and align with the footprint.
Attach the different sails to one another.
Attach the tent sail to the poles and ropes.
Set up the corners first, then the middle and lastly the sides.
Adjust the ropes till everything is tight and sturdy.
